torqueX runs in two modes — Personal and Company workspaces. The difference comes down to one thing: memory, and who shares it. Here’s how it works and when to use each.

That’s what Personal and Company workspaces are for.
2. Personal workspace — just you and your agents
A private space for solo operators and founders running the whole thing themselves:
- Your agents, your data, your memory — kept to you.
- The agents learn your business over time: what converts, what to avoid, how you sound.
- Nothing is shared with a team, because there isn’t one yet.
3. Company workspace — your whole team, one brain
Switch on a Company workspace and memory becomes shared across everyone. This is the unlock for teams:
- Every agent and every teammate works from the same context — the same accounts, notes, decisions, and history.
- Nobody re-briefs the agent. What one person teaches it, everyone benefits from.
- The whole team pushes the same project forward instead of running parallel, disconnected threads.
4. What “shared memory” actually does
It’s not just a shared inbox — it’s shared understanding that compounds:
